This initial feasibility phase of the project was intended to assist the Business Case process for Ngāi Tahu Tourism through a review of the project constraints and opportunities and establishment of the outline emotive and functional briefs. It aligned with a parallel workstream on customer insights research and meaningful engagement with mana whenua and integrated this into the evolving conceptual vision.
Project Summary
Location: Tāhuna (Queenstown) New Zealand
Through investigation and understanding of the emotive brief, customer insights, technical, planning and functional aspects of the project then these will came together to assist in establishing a financial model around cost, revenue, price sensitivity and experience to enable completion of the business case.
